Speaking to long time Pilates expert, Chris Hocking at Pilates Body Awareness we learnt about the health benefits attributed to Pilates. Chris was a talented classical dancer and choreographer before studying at the very first UK Pilates studio. The classes cost £117.50 for a term of 10 classes with introductory rates for new recruits, Pilates Body Awareness offers four terms annually each of ten weeks duration, eight classes per week catering for students at five different levels of expectation. A taster class can be booked for £15.
