Tavistock Bow is a new name in Covent Garden, however directors Hannah Read & Anne-Marie Murphy are familiar faces on the streets of WC2 having been property specialists in the area for over 15 years.
Their new agency offers residential services including sales, letting and management, as well as specialist advice on property acquisition and development.
Anne-Marie comments “Having worked in the area for many years, developing an encyclopedic knowledge of the area, we couldn’t be anywhere else! We’re passionate about Covent Garden, its residents, property and vibrancy.”
Hannah adds, “Covent Garden is very different from when I first came here 15 years ago, but the character remains intact. With such a diverse and exciting area we felt the time was right for a new property agency that did things a little differently. Our aim isn’t to be the biggest, just the one that delivers the best service to our clients and customers.”
Fellow director and head of sales and acquisition Jamie Read says “We love that Covent Garden has developed such a unique identity over the last decade and is no longer just a stop on the tourist trail, but a bona fide retail, dining and leisure destination. We’re proud to be a part of that.”
“Covent Garden has become a viable alternative to other more established residential neighbourhoods in central London, its unique buzz and vibrancy are hard to beat.”
With thriving areas like the Opera Quarter, Seven Dials and St Martin’s Courtyard, Covent Garden has become a collection of urban villages which together give the area its distinctive feel.
Anne-Marie concludes “We love sharing our enthusiasm about all things West End with those looking to live or invest here. With a bright future ahead, Tavistock Bow is excited to be part of the local business community supporting growth and development in and around Covent Garden.”
